Annual Conference
Without a doubt, our biggest celebration is the annual Travel Counsellors Conference. Our flagship event brings together Travel Counsellors and support team colleagues for a three-day get together, featuring inspirational guest speakers, star-studded performances and the chance to meet some of our fantastic suppliers.
Celebrating success
We love nothing more than to reward and recognise our business owners. Celebrating success is just one of the ways in which we bring our community together.
All Travel Counsellors have the opportunity to work towards Gold status. Gold is a title that’s given to any business owner who hits a set sales threshold to be placed among our highest-earning Travel Counsellors. While it might sound like an elite club, it’s far from the case. We’ve had franchisees hit Gold in less than a year, so as long as you’ve got the drive and determination, Gold is accessible and achievable to all.


Our Gold Travel Counsellors have the opportunity to attend one of our international Gold weekends, which run throughout the year.
We also run regular incentives and competitions, giving Travel Counsellors who have improved their business the chance to go on some amazing trips to the likes of Sri Lanka, Mauritius and South Africa!
Fam trips and events
We want you to experience destinations first-hand, so we offer regular fam trips throughout the year, as well as supplier events to help you expand your product knowledge and boost your sales.
