For your start-up investment, we’ll provide everything listed below to help you deliver for your clients and be your best.
Your franchise set-up fee includes the following:
- Our Corporate Training programme
- 10 days' virtual training, followed by further inflight training completed alongside building up your business
- 10 training modules delivered by our experienced team
- A personal mentor for your first six months of business
- MI Reporting – You’ll also have access to our corporate MI reporting tools and analytics to help monitor your business' performance and keep your growth on track
- GDS Fees
- Learning and development tools, including our innovative e-learning platform, Discover
- Compliance training and accreditation, including ATOL bonding and all licensing
- A laptop and our booking platform, Phenix
- Credit to spend on personalised merchandise or stationery
- All of our wraparound support, including business coaching

5 days prior to start
3-4 hours of digital modules that will be accessible once your laptop is issued and to be completed prior to joining your Boarding Group for Induction.
First 2 weeks
Our 10 day induction offers a mixture of digital and hosted training sessions each covering a full working day.
Inflight training
Over the first few months of building your business, you will complete your inflight training.
Month 6
One day 'Touchdown' celebration and training day hosted at our Support Centre in Manchester.
