Your franchise set-up fee includes the following:
- Your Travel Counsellors Franchise Agreement
- Our Return to Travel Training Programme consisting of 20 modules, accredited by the Institute of Travel and Tourism (ITT)
- 10 days’ virtual training, followed by further inflight training completed alongside building up your business
- Expert training delivered by our experienced team
- Ongoing support from your personal Relationship Manager and dedicated mentor
- Learning and development tools including our innovative e-learning platform, Discover
- ATOL bonding and all licensing
- Our unique Travel Trust; the best financial consumer protection in the industry
- CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association) membership
- Laptop and all software

5 days prior to start
3-4 hours of digital modules that will be accessible once your laptop is issued and to be completed prior to joining your Boarding Group for Induction.
First 2 weeks
Our 10 day induction offers a mixture of digital and hosted training sessions each covering a full working day. On completion of this training we will celebrate the launch of your business.
Inflight training
Over the first few months of building your business, you will complete your inflight training.
Month 6
Our Touchdown celebration and training day hosted at our Support Centre in Manchester.
