What's included?

For your start-up investment, we’ll provide everything listed below to help you deliver for your customers and be your best.

Your franchise set-up fee includes the following:

  • 10 days of learning delivered virtually, followed by our inflight training while you build your business
  • Training delivered by our experienced team, consisting of 10 modules and accredited by the Institute of Travel and Tourism (ITT)
  • Learning and development tools, including our innovative e-learning platform, Discover
  • Bespoke training from our Corporate team
  • A personal webpage on the Travel Counsellors website
  • A laptop and our booking platform, Phenix
  • Access to a CRM for easy client management
  • All of our wraparound support, including business coaching from our Relationship Management team

£295 +VAT

5 days prior to start

3-4 hours of digital modules that will be accessible once your laptop is issued and to be completed prior to joining your Boarding Group for Induction.

First 2 weeks

Our 10 day induction offers a mixture of digital and hosted training sessions each covering a full working day. On completion of this training we will celebrate the launch of your business.

Inflight training

Over the first few months of building your business, you will complete your inflight training.

Month 6

Our Touchdown celebration and training day hosted at our Support Centre in Manchester.
